We live in challenging times. Globally, nationally, socially, professionally, and within the family\u2014there are many things to master everywhere. A constant stream of new information reaches us and demands to be processed. Sometimes, in those rare moments of silence, you may also ask yourself: “What is it that sustains me? What is it that gives me confidence time and time again? Where do I always find peace, comfort, light, and the certainty that there is something that allows me to bear the turmoil of the world and ultimately overcome it?” <\/p>\n

We invite you to pause every now and then during this time between the years. Take some time, let your breath become calm, feel your body relax, and let the following lines resonate within you: <\/p>\n

\nmy hand rests reliably in your hand.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\nI am always there for you.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
