Taidan® Treatment

Holistic approaches based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and authentic Qigong—to activate self-healing powers and sustainably strengthen body, mind, and spirit.

Holistic. Root-cause. Sustainable.

Healing in harmony with the entire organism

Taidan® treatment methods are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and authentic Qigong. They combine a healing art developed over thousands of years, encompassing prevention, pathology, diagnosis, treatment, and impulses for self-healing.

Unlike modern conventional medicine, which often focuses on the individual diseased organ, Taidan® views the human being as an interconnected whole. Body, mind, and spirit are in constant interaction through Qi. The aim of the treatment is to identify blockages, restore the free flow of Qi, and activate the body’s natural regulatory powers.

Getting to the root causes

Recognise blockages. Set energy back in motion.

Taidan® health diagnostics make the true origins of physical, mental, and emotional complaints visible. The treatment methods tailored to them provide targeted impulses to release energetic blockages and initiate healing from within. A special potential lies in prevention: Individual guidance on health care helps to balance disharmonies at an early stage and build long-term stability.

Forms of acupuncture

Acupuncture uses various methods, such as inserting needles into acupuncture points (invasive form), warming acupuncture points (moxibustion), or Qi acupuncture (non-invasive form).

Classical acupuncture

Acupuncture activates specific points along the meridians to restore the free flow of Qi. It is used for both acute and chronic complaints and is a central component of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Qi acupuncture
(Wei Qi treatment)

This special form works without needles. Acupuncture points are activated through targeted Qi mobilisation—gentle, non-invasive, and particularly suitable for sensitive individuals or psychosomatic complaints.

It is individually tailored following a detailed medical history and shows high effectiveness.

Ancient knowledge—made practical for everyday life

Nutrition as a pillar of health

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), every ingredient in a meal influences the life energy Qi. Individually tailored nutrition can promote energy flow, harmonise the organs, and prevent complaints. Taidan® combines the ancient knowledge of TCM with Western lifestyles. Even small changes can have a major effect on vitality and wellbeing.
