Meditation

In Shaolin Neijin Qigong, meditation is not a separate part of the practice, but occurs naturally during exercise. This allows the mind to focus and a state of alert presence to emerge.

Stillness as a Natural Part of the Practice

Meditation in Shaolin Neijin Qigong

In Shaolin Neijin Qigong, meditation is not a separate area, but a vital part of every exercise. Both gentle movement forms and silent standing exercises lead to a state of alert presence and inner focus. The mind becomes calm, the breath natural, and attention is directed inward.

The Space of Inner Stillness

The space of stillness opened by the exercises incorporates fundamental aspects of Chinese philosophy – the understanding of harmony, the constant change of all things, and the natural balance of forces. Meditation in Shaolin Neijin Qigong means constantly realigning oneself and coming into harmony with oneself, nature, and life.

Developing Inner Clarity

Special meditations, for example on a mother’s love, the cultivation of compassion, or the transformation of anger, help to purify the mind and penetrate the depths of one’s own soul. Over time, a healing effect unfolds that noticeably clarifies and strengthens one’s life. This opens the view to deeper connections, and inner entanglements and recurring patterns begin to dissolve.

Discovering New Freedom

What is released within creates space: for a silent vastness, for clarity – and for a freedom that is no longer dependent on external circumstances.
