Grandmaster Jinsheng Yao is the 19th-generation lineage holder of the Shaolin Neijin Qigong method and the teacher of Grandmaster Buyin Zheng, who follows him as the 20th generation and has authentically disseminated this method in the Western world for over 15 years.
When Grandmaster Yao enters a room, one is immediately impressed by the tranquility and clarity he radiates. With great naturalness, he allows those he meets to forget any language barriers and overcome any shyness they may have felt moments before. “It’s as if he communicates directly from heart to heart,” one student summarized her first encounter with him. “I felt safe, accepted, and very calm,” another reflected.
In Magdeburg, Grandmaster Yao took the time to answer questions from practitioners and share his personal experiences with Shaolin Neijin Qigong. Additionally, together with Grandmaster Buyin Zheng, he provided many valuable tips for optimizing the effects during practical exercises.
